About Opportunity

Tasks involved include support and working with clients of the service who have a learning disability, and assisting the eight paid members of staff in working with the clients and providing a service. Also to socially support clients, ie taking to pub, short term holidays with them, in the day centre, assist with college, etc

Kay Community Supports are an established national organisation providing support to adults with Learning Difficulties in a variety of independent situations. We havd a deep commitment to helping eqach person get the individual help they need to enjoy life to the full.

Skills & Experience

No skills and experience are required but volunteers should make a regular committment to helping out and must believe in the aims and principles of the service and organisation

Travel Details

At the Centre in Weir Street Coatbridge and outwith for trips, holidays, one-to-one assistance
