Child Contact Centre Volunteer

When We Need You

From 17/06/2003 to 10/05/2012

About Opportunity

Volunteers give support to parents and children at the centre particularly when there has been no contact for some time. They help with the selection of toys to interest the children and are sensitive about withdrawing when contact is going well. They support the organisers in the smooth running of the centre and alert the organisers to any difficulties families are experiencing during the contact. Volunteers need to remain neutral, non-judgmental and observe the confidentiality rules.
