About Orchard Centre
Provide a wide range of 1:1 and group support for adults experiencing mental health problems. Service user involvement and participation is a core aspect of our services.
Skills & Experience
A passion for cooking healthy and nutricious meals alongside a willingness to cater for a variable number of customers. A flexible and adaptable approach alongside a sense of humour.
Travel Details
Within the Orchard Centre, 14 Lothian Street, Bonnyrigg. Volunteers must be able to travel to the centre; regular bus service from all areas of Midlothian.
Restrictions
Cafe and kitchen area restricts severe physical disability (eg wheelchairs)

Training and Induction Details
In-house training is given to all volunteers. Support, advice and regular reviews are carried out. Cafe volunteers are welcome to come along to our weekly cafe volunteer meetings.
