About Opportunity

Safe the Children has had a branch in Lewis since 1965 and a shop since 1984. At present we have approximately 50 volunteers who support the shop and branch. We are looking for someone who is committed to the work of Save the Children, with enthusiasm for fundraising and developing new ideas as well as promoting the ethos of Save the Children. By helping us you really can make a difference to children around the world. We have a happy working atmosphere and volunteers find the social contact enjoyable and theraputic.

About Save the Children

The charity aims to provide children with a safe environment, health, education, protection in war. We are the largest international children's agency, but work in the UK as well as overseas.
