We can offer you: initial and on-going training, support, companionship, satisfaction of a job well done and out of pocket expenses. As a Citizens Advice Volunteer you will advise people on benefits, consumer, debt, employment, legal and housing issues.

Training and Induction Details
Training courses are held at least twice a year. They offer a comprehensive training course that lasts 1 day per week for 12 weeks.

Expenses Detail
Travel expenses are generally paid monthly but this would depend on the volunteer's circumstances. We pay public transport rates or a milage rate of 22p per mile.
