About Opportunity

"What's the address of the Chinese embassy?" "I've got this big electricity bill and I don't know how I'm going to pay it." "My daughter's being bullied at school. What can I do about it?" "My father's disabled and my mother's looking after him. Surely they can get some help?" We need you to answer this sort of question, and many more. We can offer you: initial and on-going training, support, companionship, satisfaction of a job well done and out of pocket expenses. As a Citizens Advice Volunteer you will advise people on benefits, consumer, debt, employment, legal and housing issues.
