About Opportunity
To give information and support to people with ME/CFS via telephone service that will be redirected to your home. You will listen to the caller and determine the needs of the caller and taking the appropriate action while completing a telephone log sheet that will be passed to the Volunteer Supervisor.

About ME Association
1. Information & support to people with ME/CFS and all those affected by this condition. 2. Training and educating people in health, education and social settingsin both the statutory & voluntary sectors. 3. Research into ME/CFS & to publish reports of same.
Skills & Experience
Good communication skills, listening skills and ability to work on own initiative, basic administration skills, reliability and commitment.

Training and Induction Details
Learning ME Connect Manual, Policies and Books, 1 hour training session in Information Skills, 1 hour training session in Listening Skills, 1 hour manual training (all interviews, training, supervision and support conducted via telephone).
