About Opportunity
Victim Support volunteers are offered full training and support to act as part of a team, offering home-visiting, appointment and telephone support to people affect by crime. Volunteers will work in the local community. Victim Support has a very flexible attitude to volunteers' availability.

Travel Details
Training is held outwith the region. Travel expenses are available for both training and follow-up work. Transport can be arranged if necessary.

Training and Induction Details
10 week course, one evening per week, 3 months probation period. Selection interview for course after application pack. Peer group support and further ongoing training.
