About Opportunity

Give advice - explain the information to the client and the choices that the client has so s/he can decide what to do. Give practical help - for example, helping to fill in forms, doing a benefit calculation, speaking or writing to another agency on behalf of a client. Record cases, make a record of the client's details so that further help can be given if a client returns. Administration: help out with basic office organisation, eg filing case notes, amending information.

Training and Induction Details

Mandatory basic training which must be completed before working with the public. In addition a commitment to on-going training, normally undertaken on a monthly basis or on the introduction of new legislation.
