About Opportunity

Bute HLI is setting up this 3 year funded scheme called "Stepping Out" to encourage exercise. People who walk regularly can earn footmiles that can be exchanged for foot creams, a foot massage or a healthy meal in the Community Café. Setting up walking groups encourages social interaction. If you are a keen walker, the scheme could also link in with longer walks or even hikes over the hills
