About Opportunity
Volunteer tutors are trained to National Training Framework Standards and after successful completion of initial training, are matched with students on a one to one basis. Student and tutoring pairings usually meet for one hour per week at a time and place with suits them. Students work towards individually negotiated learning plans and support is provided for tutor and student pairings to ensure a service which provides flexible and responsive learning options.

Locally in community locations throughout Aberdeenshire. Volunteers are paid for their travel expenses.
