About Opportunity
Young people doing the award want to learn a diversity of new skills. A wide range of volunteers abilities are needed to support and guide them. There are four seperate sections in the award:skill, physical recreation, expedition and service all of which require experienced volunteers accordingly. Volunteers who have a skill that they feel they can share can make a significant contribution with groups or in a one-off setting.

Training and Induction Details
Induction to the 'Award' principles and programme files. Training is offered as volunteers identify their needs and developments. Support is ongoing and informal.
