About Opportunity

We need someone to answer the phone when the centre is unmanned in the morning who can take messages, pass on information and encourage people to visit us. The Volunteer would be responsible for taking telephone messages and passing on information but not giving advice on dog matters. They will be able to decide if the content of the call would need referring to a specific member of our service. This would provide a consistent, friendly contact for prospective members, other enquirers and a reliable transfer of information. This opportunity would provide good training for employment as a receptionist.
