About Opportunity
Due the the loss of a paid member of staff, Freewheel, a social group for people with physical disabilities, needs a volunteer who can help devise a programme of activities, organise social events, and support Freewheel members in fundraising efforts. Disabled people can face social isolation so we need a volunteer who can take part in social activities within the community; acting as a passenger supporter on the mini bus which we frequently have out; to access local beauty spots; lunch out on a shopping trip. This is an ideal opportunity for you to learn new skills and learn about disability issues within a social setting.

About Freewheel Annan
To have fun; organise guest speakers; organise activities, socialise in the community, raise awareness of disability issues.
Skills & Experience
Some experience of organising group activities would be an advantage.
Travel Details
Freewheel meets alternate Monday's between 12 and 3pm at the Salvation Army, Nursery Place, Annan.
