About Dunoon Link Club

Dunoon Link Club is a registered charity established in 1992 and functions primarily as a self-help group for adults who have mental health issues. The club provides a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment for those who suffer, or have suffered from, mental ill-health and is a key local voluntary organisation. The club aims to 'eliminate the loss of personal confidence, self worth and low esteem' and offers a drop in service, an outreach service, lunch club, recreational and educational opportunities and advice and support to its members thereby helping them to take a full and active part in community life as well as participating in the various activities offered by the club itself.
