About Opportunity

Volunteers required on main event day in August. duties may involve: directing traffic, working behind the bar, putting up marquees, moving tables & chairs. Taking entrance money, selling programmes, manning information points. The event is a family fun day with live music which aims to bring sufferers, family friends & supporters together to have fund for a good cause. Volunteers make this day the success that it is!

About The Scribblers Picnic

It aims to raise money for 5 cancer charities - CHAS, Strathcarron, McMillan, Maggies caring centres,Marie Curie Cancer Care. We organise 1 main event every June with bands & a fun day, we also hold 2 other smaller events in the year. Aim to raise as much money whilst having fun!

Travel Details

Previous events have all been held @ Stirling Rugby Club on Causewayhead Road, close to town centre (15 mins. walk) & on local bus route. Main event every August
