To develop the capacity of volunteer involving agencies and volunteers. To be a well run, influential, and effective organisation, striving for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

Approachable, good at getting on with people, good communicatoin skills, willing to listen, reliable, sense of humour, can use a phone and fill in basic forms. Local knowledge and basic computer skills would be desirable but not essential.
