About Opportunity
Volunteers will gain new skills around youth issues. They will develop new relationships with young people and adults. Volunteers will have the opportunity to pass on their own skills, which will help them develop more self confidence and self esteem. Volunteers will feel valued as they are asked to participate in team building/celebration volunteers events. They will also become more employable and may gain access to higher education because of volunteering.

Training and Induction Details
Informal induction will consist of getting to know the project and ties policies. Ongoing training will be related to personal development
