About Opportunity

WRVS operates a coffee shop at the main entrance of Gartnavel General Hospital in Glasgow. The project is open 7 days. Hours are 8 am until 8 pm on weekdays and we open from 12.30 until 4.30 on weekends. You would be involved in serving hot and cold refreshments to staff, visitors and patients, and the role also involves stocking shelves, operating tills, and general housekeeping. We can provide training for you, so experience is not essential. We have a friendly team of volunteers who have a fun and rewarding experience whilst serving and helping others. We need a number of new volunteers to help cover all our shifts.
