About Opportunity
Management committee members are key to the ongoing success of lorn Counselling Service. We are looking for new members to bring a fresh perspective, new ideas and enthusiasm. The management committee are responsible for overseeing the running of the service, developing the vision and plans for the future.
About Lorn Counselling Service
The provision of generic, face to face and telephone counselling for people living in North Argyll who are experiencing any form of emotional or psychological distress that has a detrimental affect on how they are able to cope with life, their wellbeing and that of their families. The promotion of mental health awareness to the public as well as other services/professionals.
Skills & Experience
The main things we are looking for are people with the willingness and enthusiam to support our ongoing development.
Travel Details
The opportunity will take place in our offices at Albany Chambers, Albany Street, Oban.
Restrictions
Our office is on the first floor of an office building and is not accessible to someone with mobility problems.

Induction includes information about the background, values and aims of Lorn Counselling Service. Support will be offered by other management committee members.
