About Opportunity
Children & youth clubs are very popular in Midlothian & group membership is always growing. The Youth Work team require volunteers to assist in meeting this extra demand so that a better service can be offered. Applicants are being accepted to also expand weekly programmes, plus offering more creative opportunities. This vibrant experience will enable the opportunity to work within a small team with a max group of 35 members. Volunteers can be responsible for small tasks carried out eg, art or games. They will be involved in ideas, weekly planning & evaluation; however paid staff will be ultimately responsible for this. This is a very enjoyable & rewarding opportunity where volunteers can use the experience as a stepping stone. It enables you to bring skills and creative vibes, to learn new skills and meet new people.
