About Concordia

Concordia is a small not-for-profit youth charity whose aims are to encourage international youth exchange as a means of promoting greater cultural awareness, international understanding and peace. Short-term international volunteer projects are one way by which we hope to achieve these aims. Our International Volunteer Programme offers 16-30 year olds the opportunity to join international teams of volunteers working on short term projects in over 50 countries worldwide. The project range is diverse and projects are listed on our website www.concordia-iye.org.uk. Volunteers pay a registration fee of £110 and fund their own travel. Board and accommodation is free of charge.

Skills & Experience

Volunteers don't need any particular skills but real motivation and commitment to the project are a must.

Travel Details

Projects last for 2-4 weeks with the main season from June - September and a smaller winter/spring programme. Volunteers arrange their own travel to the project site.
