About Opportunity

This position gives the volunteer an opportunity to be part of the clerical team whose duty is to ensure the smooth running of the centre.The opportunity will involve filing and photocopying and covering reception duties which will include dealing with face to face enquiries and telephone callers.It will also involve distributing information using word processing and basic desktop publishing as well as working with databases. About The Muslim Women Resource Centre

To ensure muslim women are fully able to participate in society.

Skills & Experience

An understanding of Muslim womens needs as well as good verbal communication and listening skills and some ability with computers is desirable.

Training and Induction Details

The induction training is given to familiarise the volunteers with MWRC policies and procedures. Ongoing training is given and full support is given to the volunteer in all circumstances.
