About Shetland Stroke Support Group
To provide information and support for those with stroke illness, their families and carers. Many people with stroke find integrating back into the community hard, due to loss of ability, loss of status and altered self image. Social isolation is a problem for them and their carers. Financial issues can sldo limit outings and opportunities for social inclusion and interaction
