About Opportunity
Fairway Fife support young adults with learning disabilities in the Fife Area. Introducing Peer Mentors will bring a sense of youth and fun into the lives of our young adults that older, paid staff will not naturally do. This will allow them to experience the normal things such as going to a club, shopping with pals or just 'hanging out' that without support, they will be unable to enjoy. This will enhance their social life and encourage a more independent lifestyle. Full training and support is given as well as the opportunity to achieve different awards to enhance career choices. There is also the added bonus that you will be making new friends and its all paid for.
