About Opportunity
Would you like to help Breast Cancer Campaign continue researching the cure for breast cancer? Do you have skills and spare time that you would like to put to good use? We need volunteers accross the UK to raise awareness and funds in their local community. You can choose a volunteer role to suit your interests and availability. Whether it is being part of a regional group, helping out at local and national events or organising an event of your own, we have a role for you! You should contact us for an application pack by email or phone [using the contact details on the right/select the REGISTER INTEREST button]. If you do not receive a response within 10 working days, please contact the Volunteer Centre. It generally takes around 3 weeks after you contact us to get you started

About Breast Cancer Campaign
Breast Cancer Campaign is the only charity that specialises in funding independant breast cancer research throughout the UK. It aims to find the cure for breast cancer by funding research which looks at improving diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, better understanding how it develops and ultimately either curing the disease or preventing it.
Skills & Experience
No specific skill or qualifications required. Interest in raising funds for research into breast cancer. Candidates must be polite and friendly at all times when representing the charity.
Travel Details
Volunteers work in their local area and at home.

Training and Induction Details
First contact is by post, and ongoing contact is by post, email and telephone. Support will be provided on an ongoing basis. All volunteers will be provided with up-to-date information about the Charity and breast cancer.
