About Opportunity
The opportunity involves assisting the Manager in the stockroom, this is where all the work to prepare stock for the shop takes place, you would be involved in ticketing, steaming and preparing clothes, sorting books, bric a brac, music and videos, this is a very interesting and varied opportunity. This role does not involve dealing with customers or the front shop. A key part of the opportunity is to meet new people and work as part of a team, learning new skills and getting involved in the day to day running of the Stockroom. Volunteers are a key part of the British Heart Foundation and you will have opportunities to develop with the support of the shop manager and for your contribution you will receive 25% discount.
