About Opportunity
We need 3 or 4 people to help man our sales stalls in the summer, usually at the Tong Games, the Barvas Show, the Carloway Show and also to help with the window display in the Stornoway Library 2 or 3 times a year.
About Cats Protection League
The aims of our group are: To rescue and re-home as many cats as possible. To supply Neutering vouchers to the public to cut down their vet bill, and to encourage more people to take up our offer of vouchers, thus decreasing the number of unwanted kittens.
Skills & Experience
A wish to help vulnerable cats and kittens. A friendly attitude to work on our stalls. Be able to get on with other committee members.
Travel Details
Lewis Highland Games, (behind Tong Community Centre), The Barvas Show, (Loch Street- on the machair), The Carloway Show,(Carloway School), Volunteers will be transported by the co-ordinator.
Restrictions
Volunteers working on our stalls need to be able to handle money and give the correct change. No gender restrictions.
