About Opportunity

If you have a week or more to spare and have an interest in working with young people in an exciting holiday environment, then this could be just the opportunity you are looking for! You can volunteer either at a residential Christian Centre or a residential Christian Camp in more than 80 locations in Scotland. The role involves working in a close knit team to deliver meals, BBQ's and refreshments to young people and leaders on activity holidays. A commitment to care for young people from all backgrounds is vital and a committed Christian Faith. The context is residential and catering assistants stay in the same centre or location as the young people. Longer term placements may get the opportunity to learn new skills and gain nationally recognised food handling qualifications.

About CCI (Christian Camping International)

CCI is an association of Christian organisations and individuals involved in residential holidays, camps conference and outdoor centre ministries. It provides an opportunity to volunteer with a range of member providers throughout the UK. CCI promotes the benefit of the Christian residential experience and provides the public with associated services.
