To ensure that all passengers are seated comfortably and wearing a seat belt. If special seats or booster cushions are used ensure that they are properly fixed and adjusted. Ensure that anyone travelling in their wheelchair is safely secured and harnesses or restraints are correctly fitted. Wheelchairs not in use must be securely stored on the vehicle. To ensure Vehicles are kept clean, tidy and in a safe condition. To keep a record of all runs and record all mileage, and to give this information to the Service Manger in the first week of each month. Report all accidents to the Service Manager immediately.
