About Opportunity

Are you under 25 and looking for experience working with children and young people or a way to build your communication skills? Why not become a Peer Educator? We are looking for young people with volunteering experience to work with us as part of our Peer Education team. As a Peer Educator you will share your own experiences of volunteering with other young people in schools, colleges and community groups to demonstrate the kind of volunteering young people can get involved in, discuss why people do it and share information on how to get involved. The role is well supported and includes training in areas such as Public Speaking and Groupwork as well as the opportunity to practice these skills and have fun along the way! "THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE IS PRICELESS" We provide Induction Training, On going Training, Regular Support sessions and provide expenses for all volunteers. We have options open to anyone over the age of 14, however our age restriction is dependant both on the role and the young person themselves.
