About Opportunity

To help with food preparation, dealing with customers, tidying up, shopping, cooking etc. Training and support will be given. Food Hygiene Certificate will be arranged for all volunteers if they do not already have one. Volunteers are particularly required for the period 12pm - 4pm on Mondays - Fridays. If you do not receive a response within 3-4 working days, please contact the Volunteer Centre. It generally takes around 1 week after you contact us to get you started.

About Cranhill Development Trust

Cranhill Community Project strives to provide a quality service to all residents within Cranhill and Surrounding Area. The project provides a range of courses and activities requested by local residents, allowing people to develop new skills, make friends, get experience in different areas and can even lead to gaining formal qualifications.

Skills & Experience

Willing to 'muck in' with other volunteers. Experience of cooking will be helpful. Reliable and can make a commitment!

Travel Details

No 33 bus from Parkhead to outside project. No 41 from city centre to Cranhill Park. Shettleston train station is the nearest to us.
