About Opportunity
It is the aim of ‘Active Schools’ to make physical activity habitual by increasing and developing the opportunities for children to take part in fun, inclusive and regular activity and contribute to the development of a culture that values physical activity as an essential part of a healthy and happy life. Activities are organised across the physical activity spectrum: from sport and dance, active play and travel. The ‘Stay&Play’ sessions have proved to be extremely popular across Moray, and Volunteers are required to help us sustain the sessions through assisting the qualified coaches.
