About Opportunity
We urgently require someone to assist us with funding bids to help us keep our Centre going. We are beginning to undertake research to show the ongoing needs of the client groups who use our centres. You will need to have experience of writing and securing funding for community projects. Your ideas and experience can help the management committee of the centre to achieve its aims. You will need to have computer skills and know how to access funding streams. HOW TO GET INVOLVED: You should contact us by email (using the contact details on the right/select the REGISTER INTEREST! button). If you do not hear from us within 5 working days please contact the Volunteer Centre. We will then arrange an appointment to meet you. You should be able to start volunteering with us within one week.

About Russian Centre in Scotland Haven)
To assist Russian speakers to integrate with their new communities in Scotland. To bring together Scottish and Russian cultures. To promote inclusion and diversity through community activities including language and the arts.
Skills & Experience
We require someone with a track record in assisting community groups to secure funding for running costs and developing activities.

Training and Induction Details
The volunteer will be given an overview of the aims and objectives of the Centre and an introduction to everyone involved. You will also be made aware of the policies and procedures of the Centre.
