About Opportunity

Volunteer helpers will assist the project workers and support participants at creative workshops. Volunteers will help project staff to provide positive support to partcipants through the workshops, with an understanding that the purpose of the sessions are to help people develop their creative and social skills, as well as building their confidence and self esteem. Working with a community artist to help assist in workshops. Learning and Re-skilling people who have become isolated or vulnerable. Workshops run over a period of 10 weeks, one day a week for a maximum of three hours.

At Caos we aim to build Community cohesion through our community arts projects, we are targeting different generations to work together and improve the opportunities for the most vulnerable people within the community.

Skills & Experience

Groups meet afternoon and evenings during the week. Workshops run for 10 weeks.

Adult group takes place at Centre 81 Braes Avenue Whitecrook, G81 1DW

Interview with Volunteer Coordinator, induction and training provided by Volunteer Coordinator and project staff.
