About Opportunity
Alberts are the Fishermen’s Mission’s distinctive collecting tins that can be seen in outlets across the country, including fish and chip shops, cafes, restaurants, seaside stores. They raise thousands of pounds in support of the Mission’s caring work but could raise so much more if we had dedicated local placers to position, look after and empty them.A network of local “placers” could make a significant impact on the fundraising potential of the Alberts. HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED? Contact us ideally by email and after completing a Volunteer registration formand returning to us. It generally takes around 6 weeks for you to start volunteering. If you do not receive a response from the organisation within 6 weeks, please contact the Volunteer Centre.
