Administrator for Albert Collection Boxes
When We Need You
From 02/02/2009 onwards
About Opportunity
Alberts are the Fishermen’s Mission’s distinctive collecting tins that can be seen in outlets across the country, including fish and chip shops, cafes, restaurants, seaside stores. They raise thousands of pounds in support of the Mission’s caring work. We need a person to open, count, acknowledge and receipt money collected in the boxes. In order for organisations to continue providing a home for Albert we need to ensure they feel valued and appreciated by acknowledging receipt of boxes as quickly and efficiently as possible. HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED? Contact us ideally by email and after completing a Volunteer registration formand returning to us. It generally takes around 6 weeks for you to start volunteering. If you do not receive a response from the organisation within 6 weeks, please contact the Volunteer Centre.
