Growing Ambitions is an online brokerage service providing opportunities for volunteers from the workplace to speak about their jobs and careers to young people in education, in their locality. These face-to-face half-hour talks help young people to choose careers suitable for them. We operate UK-wide.

Volunteers can negotiate date and time. They can just do one 30 minute talk and opt out if they wish. Mainly during school hours but can attend Careers Fairs etc if they wish.
