About Opportunity
The Bank of Scotland Midnight Leagues have been in existence for the past 4 years now and have provided organised 5v5 leagues for 12-16 year olds all over the country. We are continually seeking volunteer coaches to help with the management and development of the initiative.
About Scottish FA
CashBack for Communities is about providing opportunities for young people aged 10 -19 to take part in free football activities across the country. As well as this it hopes to create new volunteers and build sustainability in communities by offering discounted coach education courses.
Skills & Experience
Volunteer must be a welcoming and enthusiastic individual with a knowledge of the rules of football (although additional rules will be explained) and an ability to communicate with and interact safely with youngsters aged 12 – 16
Travel Details
The ML’s generally run from Jan – April on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings between 5 – 10pm in most Local Authorities however some events vary.
Restrictions
Volunteers with a Level 1 coach education award or above.

Training and Induction Details
Senior coach at the session will provide background information on the project as well as support in the roles and responsibilities. Regular in-servicing of staff and volunteers takes place with the Football development Officer
