About Opportunity
The panels will provide a locally-based structure for participation and identifying issues and opportunities for children and young people and create positive change through active involvement in decision-making. This will be helped by funding available through Youth Chex and panel members will be responsible for the distribution of this funding. Membership of HYPPE Panels is open to all young people, aged 11-18 (or older if vulnerable) in the locality area They will also be responsible for identifying local priorities for children and young people and working with service providers to create solutions and bring about change in the services they currently receive. All panels will have a HYPPE support worker attached to their locality and will facilitate, guide and support the panels.

Travel Details
Peebles, Innerleithen or Walkerburn within various community buildings and all travel cost are paid for.
