About Opportunity

We are looking to recruit a team of 10 people to go door to door, talking to local people about energy use, travel, food and consumer choices that contribute to household carbon emissions and make up the eco-footprint. You will be trained up so you understand the causes and impacts of climate change, and you are able to advise people on the best way to make their lives ‘greener’. Helping with this project will offer an invaluable experience in research, working with the public, and improving your knowledge of environmental issues HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED? Training and Induction Details

We need people to be able to commit to the research after going through the training. A half days training will be provided so that volunteers are fully aware of the issues around climate change and how they are to approach members of the public.
