About Opportunity
We are currently taking notes of interest for this very popular volunteering opportunity. All volunteers will receive an application pack and we will be in touch when we have more work available. Office volunteers with Plantlife can be involved in tasks such as: data input of survey results using MS Office packages; researching outlets for Plantlife leaflets and for sale of Plantlife guides; help with mailings. Various additional tasks can arise and we will take into account the interests and skills that the volunteer has. We are a small, friendly team, sharing an office building with similar organisations, so there is an excellent chance for volunteers to learn more about conservation charities in general.

About Plantlife Scotland
Plantlife International is a conservation charity working to protect wild plants and fungi in the UK and across the world.
In Scotland this includes work on an endangered species programme, campaigning on issues such as non-native invasive species and involving volunteers in conservation activities. Volunteers can get involved in conducting surveys, carrying out practical habitat management and office based tasks.
Skills & Experience
We would like to keep details of several volunteers on file, as tasks occur on an irregular basis. Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, especially Word and Excel. General office experience would be helpful, as would an interest in conservation.
