About Opportunity
The Altogether Better project aims to promote health and well-being using a holistic approach by providing a range of activities for families including walks, dance, relaxation, and complementary therapies. This opportunity would suit a trained yoga instructor who is interested in gaining experience in teaching yoga to a class of parents and children. The classes are run weekly and are based in local schools and community centres. They take place after school during term time and last for 45 mins – 1hr. The instructor would be expected to prepare a programme and deliver it with support from a member of staff.
