About Opportunity
We have a great group of children playing in our Under 10 Football Team looking for a volunteer to help their Team Leader with weekly football training sessions and with the busy season ahead playing games in the Scottish Borders Junior FA league. We will arrange for you to be Disclosure Scotland checked and will pay for you to attend an 'Early Touches' training course locally run by Sports Development Unit in Galashiels. If you enjoy working with children and enjoy football then come and get involved with the highs and lows of the game

About Leithen Vale Sports Club
Now in our 25th year we offer sporting activities to school-aged children in Innerleithen and surrounding area. The Club aims to provide a safe, caring and positive environment We currently have 7 football teams and a Hip Hop Dance Group for girls aged 10 to 17. We are affiliated to Tweeddale Sports Council, Scottish Borders Junior Football Association, and Scottish Youth Football Association.

A knowledge of football would be useful; patience; sense of fair play; motivation
Travel Details
Weekly training sessions are run in Innerleithen, and match commitments could be anywhere in the Scottish Borders
