About Opportunity

A variety of tasks are planned to take place over 2010 at the former Dyke Farm Community Nature Reserve, Moffat to help establish a community nature reserve. After 2010 the ranger may need help with occasional maintenance tasks. The opportunity would suit people who enjoy being outdoors in all weather, nature lovers and anyone looking to build practical countryside skills. There is an 'all abilities' path through the reserve for visitors. There is the potential for a volunteer with limited mobility to help maintain this path & area.
