British Red Cross volunteers required to deal with enquiries, calls, letters and visitors. To deliver equipment on certain occasions. To demonstrate use of equipment, cleaning and care of also. To check equipment back in. To clean and maintain equipment. To complete forms and other records. To undertake training.
