Garden Project Volunteer
When We Need You
From 13/07/2011 onwards
The Garden Project encourages elderly people to take an interest and get involved in gardening. The volunteer would encourage the clients to grow flowers and vegetables from seed in the greenhouses for tubs and hanging baskets. The Volunteer would provide drive and motivation for the project by encouraging clients and giving ideas as well as practical support. Clients will learn new skills and feel proud of what they grow which will also be enjoyed by others.
