About Opportunity

Advice Workers interview clients, listen and help them clarify their issues by exploring and asking questions about the problem. Give information - Use information system to find out correct information. Give advice - Explain the information to the client and options and choices available to them, so they can make a decision. Give practical help - Filling in forms, doing benefit calculations or writing and/or speaking to other agencies on clients' behalf. Record client cases - Make a record of clients' enquiries. Identify issues of social policy.

Training and Induction Details

Induction - CAB principles, policies, procedures, health & safety. Basic Training - 26 modules classroom with group.
