About Opportunity

To assist in stock processing, including sorting, steaming, pricing and hanging of donated goods. To assist in keeping the shop premises clean and tidy. To assist and develop the voluntary team by working together, to assist and serve customers providing a service of the highest standard. To promote public understanding of the work of the PDSA and the importance of raising funds through the shop. To promote and apply the PDSA health and safety policy. Volunteers may progress to be involved in cash handling and till operation and to increase revenue through add-on sales at the till.

A full induction will be given and welcome pack provided. Ongoing training and support in all tasks/aspects of work will be provided by shop management.
