About Opportunity
If you would like to make new friends, learn new skills and make a real dilfference to our charity then volunteering for Bowel Cancer UK is for you. Our charity will be running a host of events throughout the year starting with Bowel Cancer Awareness Month in April. We need volunteers to help us inform the public of the symptoms of bowel cancer, who is at risk and the bowel screening programme. By hosting infomation stands in shopping centres, hospitals, gyms, workplaces and at local community events we can spread our infomation to the public. You will be an important part of a fun and lively team. We will give you all the training you need and make sure that you are benefiting from this great opportunity.

Training and Induction Details
An induction to the charity, the volunteering role, BCUK's policies and the volunteer handbook will be given. Initial training will consist of a 2 hour session with health promotion and outreach officer. Ongoing training and support will be provided.
