About Opportunity
If you would like to make new friends, learn new skills and make a real difference to our charity then volunteering for Bowel Cancer UK is for you. Our charity will be running a host of events throughout the year starting with Bowel Cancer awareness month in April. We need volunteers to help us inform the public of the symptoms of bowel cancer, who is at risk and the bowel screening programme. By hosting information stands in shopping centres, hopsitals, gyms, workplaces and at local community events we can spread our information to the public. You will be an important part of a fun and lively team. We will give you all the training you need and make sure that you are benefiting from this great opportunity.

An induction to the charity, the volunteering role, BCUK's policies and the volunteer handook will be given as soon after the volunteer has applied for an opportunity as possible. Initial training will consist of a 2 hour session with the Health Promotio
